Munich Reinsurance America continues to upgrade its 4-building campus within Princeton Forrestal Center. Currently renovations are in-progress to the exterior terraces and associated landscaping. This project complements recent major renovations to create a state-of-the-art modern convention and meeting center together with an employee fitness center. Munich Reinsurance is a major provider of property and casualty reinsurance.

Essential Power Services LLC has signed a 14,515 square foot lease at 150 College Road West at Princeton Forrestal Center to serve as the company’s headquarters. Amenities at the 70,850 square foot building include a café and gym with retail, dining and hospitality all within walking distance at the Princeton Forrestal Village. Other tenants in the complex include Sandoz a Novartis company. Essential Power Services markets and sells capacity, energy and ancillary services from its portfolio of generation projects located in established, competitive wholesale electricity markets. They are an established New Jersey company that had outgrown its previous location and was looking for a prime location in Princeton market.
