Forrestal Road South LLC has received Final Site Plan and Subdivision approval from the Plainsboro Township Planning Board to construct Forrestal Professional Center Phase II a 40,300 square foot office building and Preliminary Site Plan approval to construct Forrestal Center Phase III a 93,000 square foot office building. Involved in the project: Forrestal Road South LLC, Beacon Medical Realty, Menlo Engineering Associates and Princeton University/Picus Associates.
